Initiate audited for ISO 9001:2015 – no non-conformities reported

ISO 9001 Accreditation

Initiate Consulting Ltd, part of the PDSI group of companies, are please to confirm the result of a recent audit by BSI. We passed the audit without any non-conformities and have been re-certified against ISO 9001 for further 3 years (subject to annual reviews).

The Initiate ISO 9001 process and audit was lead by Tessa Chesney and is published on our internal Intranet – The Bubble.

Initiate have signed the Building Mental Health Charter

Initiate Consulting Ltd, part of the PDSI Group of Companies, are pleased to report that we have signed the Building Mental Health Charter in association with CITB, The Lighthouse Club , MHFA England and Mental Health at Work

​We have to educate everyone in our industry to recognise the signs and symptoms of our colleagues that are suffering from stress, anxiety or depression and start the conversation to assist in their recovery. Please join us now, our work is just beginning.”

The objective of the charter is to demonstrate a commitment and acceptance that the our company is engaged and will adopt the charter principles.​
We are committed to raising the awareness of the Mental Health issues within our industry and have joined the campaign by signing the charter.

Great news for Initiate Consulting Ltd, part of the PDSI Group of Companies, we are pleased to report that we have signed the RSG’s Work Pipeline Visibility Charter.

What is RSG’s Work Pipeline Visibility Charter?

The Rail Supply Group proudly launched its government backed Work Pipeline Visibility Charter for businesses across the UK that supply services or products to the rail sector. As signatories of the Charter, businesses they will be giving their commitment to sharing their work pipeline information with their suppliers.

They have asked all those businesses supplying the rail industry – infrastructure contractors, technology suppliers, consultancies, OEMs, project management companies and SME specialist suppliers – to commit to the Rail Supply Group’s Charter:  (…and we have!)
