A reputation for delivering major projects in UK, South Africa, UAE, and USA to £700m.

Schal Project Management/Carillion – Managing Director, 8 years;
Mace Group – Director, 3 years;
Bovis Group – Operations Director, major projects UK and International, 12 years; and others.
Key Roles
Established the PDSI Group in 2006 to build an infrastructure and construction consulting business, acquiring privately owned Queensborough Project Managers (PM) followed by JS Projects in 2009 (QS) and Profile Construction Consultants in 2012 (Planners) and Initiate Consulting in 2017 (Infrastructure PM/QS), all trading for over 25 years.
Setting the environment and building a team that is truly aligned to the needs of the client. Ultimately, the purpose of engaging a consultant is to utilise their knowledge and expertise to improve client profitability through either increasing revenues, growing margin, or reducing costs.
